Hillock Green Site at Lentor Central has been acquired by Yanlord Land Group for $481 million, or $1,108 per square foot.

The other two partners are Soilbuild Group Holdings and Forsea Residence, an indirect subsidiary of China Communications Construction Company. United Engineers, a subsidiary of Yanlord, is developing this site on its behalf.

The 99-year plot is 144,714 square feet in size and has a gross floor space of 434,140 square feet. It is situated within the new Lentor Hills estate. 474 residential units could potentially be developed on the site.
